Stay Brite Medical Facility Cleaning:  What’s Included?

Building Cleaning: Exterior building cleaning to remove dirt, pollen, mold, mildew, and other contaminants to give the facility a clean first impression.

Sidewalks:  Hot Water Pressure washing all of the front area sidewalks to remove dirt, grime, and gum.  Sun Brite technicians use the proper heat and pressure to make your sidewalks shine again.

Curbing and Gutters:  Hot Water Pressure Washing of the front curbing and gutters to remove dirt, grime, and gum.  This service  is an up-charge from other companies but is included in the Stay Brite Annual Cleaning.

Window Cleaning:  After pressure washing the sidewalks and curbs Sun Brite cleans the windows to a spot-free surface.  Glass needs to be cleaned at least every year to avoid damage and permanent staining.

Trash Cans and  Benches:  Trash cans and benches are rarely touched by most pressure washing companies, but are included in our service.  Sun Brite washes these areas that often look terrible in many medical facilities.

Cob Web Dusting:  Sun Brite technicians remove any visible cobwebs on the areas we are cleaning.  This is just a polishing touch to make sure your office parks look great.
